NIRH is partnering with Healthy & Free Tennessee this year to advance and deepen anti-surveillance strategy in the Volunteer State. NIRH and HFTN see a unique opportunity to collaborate on reproductive health data privacy and anti-surveillance work at the state and local level in a restrictive state. In a post-Roe world, there are still inroads to be made for Reproductive Justice. Our partnership with HFTN will create a statewide policy roadmap that can be replicated in other restrictive states and landscapes similar to Tennessee’s.
