Open Positions

  • Policy Counsel

    Reporting to Vice President for Policy and Research, the Policy Counsel will provide legal research and policy analysis to advance NIRH’s policy agenda to advance proactive reproductive rights and justice policies. 
  • People Operations Manager

    Reporting to the VP of Finance & Operations, the People Operations Manager will manage the day-to-day operations and contribute to the long-term strategy of people operations (HR) at NIRH and its Action Fund.
  • Director of Communications

    As the NIRH/NIRH Action Fund’s Director of Communications, you will be responsible for creating and managing organizational messaging, media campaigns, and 360 communications strategies that shape the narrative around NIRH’s work to advance proactive reproductive freedom measures.
  • Vice President of Development

    NIRH and NIRH Action fund seeks a Vice President, Development (VPD) to oversee and expand the organization’s fundraising efforts, including raising $8M annually and supporting the continued diversification of the organization’s revenue streams. The VPD will develop and execute a long-term fundraising vision and strategy in an effort to amplify mission awareness, cultivate a culture of philanthropy, and expand NIRH’s funder base across individuals, foundations, and corporations.

Work Environment

NIRH maintains a physical office in New York City while allowing many job positions to be filled remotely or as a hybrid. We currently have team members from all corners of the U.S., and we are dedicated to ensuring that all team members feel valued, present, and supported.
