You might remember Parrish as the former mayor of Manassas who passed a local TRAP ordinance intended to limit access to abortion in the city.
The Winning Message Action Fund, a 501(c)4 affiliated with the National Institute, was proud to partner with NARAL Pro-Choice Virginia and Progress Virginia to run a voter education campaign to raise awareness about the current trend of anti-abortion restrictions in Virginia — and the need for the state to go in a different direction.
The following mailers and digital ads were targeted at pro-choice voters in Virginia.
