Colorado Organization for Latina Opportunity and Reproductive Rights (color) 

NIRH partnered with Colorado Organization for Latina Opportunity and Reproductive Rights (COLOR) to (1) mobilize voters to support a state constitutional right to abortion and (2) advocate for equitable implementation of Colorado’s Reproductive Health Care Program, which expanded contraceptive coverage for Medicaid-eligible Coloradans regardless of documentation status. NIRH worked to advance these campaigns by providing testimony in support of Colorado’s update to their shield law and a new state EMTALA as well as offering political strategy and communications support.
